Manage your subscription and payment methods.

Billing Management

View and manage your PhotoProOS subscription billing.

Current Plan

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. See current plan details
  3. View next billing date
  4. See usage statistics

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click "Add Card"
  3. Enter card details
  4. Set as default (optional)

Updating a Card

  1. Click existing card
  2. Select "Update"
  3. Enter new details
  4. Save changes

Removing a Card

  1. Click card menu (...)
  2. Select "Remove"
  3. Must have at least one card on file

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. See all past invoices
  3. Click to view details

Downloading Invoices

  1. Open invoice
  2. Click "Download PDF"
  3. Save for your records

Invoice Details

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method

Billing History

Transaction History

View all billing transactions:

  • Charges
  • Refunds
  • Credits applied
  • Failed payments

Billing Issues

Failed Payment

If payment fails:

  1. Email notification sent
  2. 3-day grace period
  3. Update payment method
  4. Retry charge

Past Due

If payment still fails:

  1. Account in past due status
  2. Features may be limited
  3. Update payment to restore

Tax Invoices

Business Tax ID

Add your tax ID for invoices:

  1. Go to Billing > Tax Info
  2. Enter tax ID
  3. Saved for future invoices

Tax Exemption

If tax-exempt:

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide exemption certificate
  3. Tax removed from billing
