View and manage your PhotoProOS subscription billing.
Current Plan
Viewing Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- See current plan details
- View next billing date
- See usage statistics
Payment Methods
Adding a Card
- Go to Billing > Payment Methods
- Click "Add Card"
- Enter card details
- Set as default (optional)
Updating a Card
- Click existing card
- Select "Update"
- Enter new details
- Save changes
Removing a Card
- Click card menu (...)
- Select "Remove"
- Must have at least one card on file
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Billing > Invoices
- See all past invoices
- Click to view details
Downloading Invoices
- Open invoice
- Click "Download PDF"
- Save for your records
Invoice Details
Each invoice shows:
- Invoice number
- Date
- Plan details
- Amount charged
- Payment method
Billing History
Transaction History
View all billing transactions:
- Charges
- Refunds
- Credits applied
- Failed payments
Billing Issues
Failed Payment
If payment fails:
- Email notification sent
- 3-day grace period
- Update payment method
- Retry charge
Past Due
If payment still fails:
- Account in past due status
- Features may be limited
- Update payment to restore
Tax Invoices
Business Tax ID
Add your tax ID for invoices:
- Go to Billing > Tax Info
- Enter tax ID
- Saved for future invoices
Tax Exemption
If tax-exempt:
- Contact support
- Provide exemption certificate
- Tax removed from billing
