Email Reminders
Sent to client's email:
- Confirmation after booking
- Reminder before appointment
- Follow-up after session
SMS Reminders (Coming Soon)
Text message reminders:
- Higher open rates
- Immediate delivery
- Requires phone number
Configuring Reminders
Default Schedule
- Go to Scheduling > Reminders
- Set default reminder times
- Enable/disable each type
Common Schedule
- 1 week before - Initial reminder
- 1 day before - Detailed reminder
- 2 hours before - Final reminder

- Click on reminder type
- Edit subject and body
- Use merge fields for personalization
- Save changes
