Setting Up Your Account

Configure your account settings and preferences.

Account Settings Overview

Your account settings control how PhotoProOS works for you. Access settings by clicking the gear icon in the sidebar or navigating to Settings.

Profile Settings

Business Information

Fill out your business details:

  • Business Name - Displayed on invoices and galleries
  • Email - Your primary contact email
  • Phone - Optional, shown on invoices
  • Address - For invoicing purposes
  • Timezone - Affects scheduling and notifications

Profile Photo

Upload a professional headshot or your company logo. This appears:

  • In the top navigation
  • On gallery pages (optional)
  • In email communications

Notification Preferences

Control what emails you receive:

  • Gallery Views - When clients view your galleries
  • Downloads - When clients download photos
  • Payments - Payment confirmations and failures
  • Weekly Summary - Business metrics digest

Security Settings

Password

Change your password regularly:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click "Update Password"

Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code

Connected Accounts

View and manage integrations:

  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Google Calendar - Booking sync
  • Dropbox - File backup (coming soon)

Danger Zone

Export Data

Download all your data:

  • Client information
  • Gallery data
  • Payment history
  • Account settings

Delete Account

If you need to close your account:

  1. Export your data first
  2. Cancel any active subscriptions
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
