Each transaction shows:

Understanding Fees
Fee Breakdown
For each transaction:
- Gross Amount - What client paid
- Stripe Fee - Processing fee (2.9% + 30¢)
- Platform Fee - PhotoProOS fee (varies by plan)
- Net Amount - What you receive

End-of-year tax report:
- Go to Payments > Tax Report
- Select tax year

1099 Information
If you process enough volume, Stripe provides 1099 forms through their dashboard.
Custom Reports
Creating Reports
Build custom reports:
- Go to Payments > Reports
- Click "New Report"
- Select metrics
- Choose date range
- Generate report
Saving Reports
Save frequently used reports:
- Create your report
- Click "Save Report"
- Name it
- Access from your saved reports
Scheduled Reports
Automatic Reports
Receive reports automatically:
- Create a report
- Click "Schedule"
- Choose frequency (weekly, monthly)
- Select recipients
- Reports sent via email
Troubleshooting
Missing Transactions
If a transaction is missing:
- Check all date filters
- Clear any active filters
- Search by client name
- Check Stripe dashboard directly
- Contact support if still missing
Incorrect Amounts
If amounts seem wrong:
- Check for refunds
- Verify fee calculations
- Compare with Stripe dashboard
- Contact support for discrepancies
